TempleOS was built by Terry A. Davis, a singular programmer who wrote the entire OS alone, even creating it's own programming language (HolyC).
He produced an unusual, influential work of software art, even as he struggled with serious mental illness (documented schizophrenia) throughout his life.
Despite the OS not being finished nor fully functional, it contains a full compiler, custom kernel, unique graphics engine, and dozens of Davis's own tools and experiments.
This token is a small tribute to his legacy : a nod to creativity without rules.
